Before I started this blog (not too long ago), I Googled how to do the very thing I'm about to show you how to do. I came across a lot of articles and tutorials that were helpful, but they were also filled with additional advice that seemed to be geared for those that wanted to make a living off of blogging or share their story with the world. Even though they were all valid steps, I felt more intimidated than reassured to start a blog. Whatever your reasons are for wanting to start a blog (see mine here ), I'll show you how to create your own blog in 3 simple steps. Keep in mind there are hundreds of options for picking a blogging platform, but I went with Blogger because it's free and can pretty much do everything you need to start blogging. So I spent a few hours going through the trouble of setting up this blog (learn how I did it here ). Before that, I spent days thinking about what I'm going to write about, who I'm writing for and, of course, why I wanted to start a blog. After telling half my friends that I wanted to start blogging, (and failing to convince them to start one too), I decided to bite the bullet and start writing. Minus the first 2 reasons, these aren't really in any particular order. 1. Documentation.
